You should look at the pic carefully. It is a black car. The illusion is when the light glares on the lens (see the aurora borealis-looking blue haze). Looks like the svt has a Mirko front lip and some Enkei rims.
Far as I know there is only one Dark blue "svt" and two repainted bright blue true SVTs.
