Fotografix-how'd you make u'r grill? I want mine to look that way and have asked two people how they did it but still have not received a reply. I think I'll wait till I get my car lookin' decent and then snap some pics. Thanks for all the help though.

Redcon9614 - I made my grill by wrapping my existing plastic grill with Gutter guard. I cut a piece about 1" larger than the plastic grill and folded the edges over. I then fastened the top by using 4 - 1/8" sheet metal screws. Its easy to remove the emblem and much easier to work on if you remove the grill first. As far as the middle air dam - I just curved the gutter guard and slid it in - fastening it with plastic fence ties. The bottom two air ducts are a pain. For this I used HOUSEHOLD GOOP, and two fence ties two secure the bond overnight. This will probably take an hour and a half to do, but its so worth it. Total cost - $ 10.00
