definitely get rid of the center caps and see if you can find a replacement or modify the lugs as was mentioned above. to tell you the truth, I don't even think the rims look that good on the contour, but that's just cuz I see them here every day: [img] http://www.geocities.com/succy.geo/P4070017.txt[/img] [img] http://www.geocities.com/succy.geo/P4070015.txt[/img] and can't imagine them anywhere else but on a coug.

Keep them!
But, if you want to customize perhaps you could grind down the cougar and repaint with silver wheel paint...., or fill with body putty and then repaint.....

Leave the center caps on but figure out a way to get a FoMoCo logo on it or something.

i bet you could find a center cap from another ford car (contour, cougar, focus or otherwise) that would fit. it wouldn't seem right with the cougar centercap.

seems like 9 want me to keep em on,2 don't. Thanks for the opinions guys!  I had thought about grinding down the cougar logo or refinishing them, but the problem is that the center caps are plastic! I suppose a visit to the fjord dealer wouldn't be a bad idea, I originally wanted to get e1's but I got such a good deal on these, I had to take em! -Pete
