Hey Craig,
The Sail panels are 98+. I didn't paint them, but I did cover them in Carbon Fiber tape that I got from Torasport or if you don't like that you can get some from Tapeworks The stuff holds up perfectly. I have had it on for 3 years and it hasn't faded or anything. If you have any other questions, let me know.
