No. the plate is required to get an inspection sticker. once you have the sticker, the plate is required, but not enforced. unless you get pulled over for something else and the cop is a real dingleberry. i will most likely just keep it on to avoid problems, but if you take yours off, just have it handy if you get pulled over and say the bracket fell off and you are waiting for a new one from ford. it'll take 6 weeks. they'll understand since they all drive crown vicks. thanks for the compliments! i'll try and take some more pics after the Zaino goes on.
