Wasn't that a Turbo and/or AWD car? My dad drove one for a day and was gonna go back and buy it, but it was gone by the he got back. It sold that fast. He said that car was a serious pocket rocket! Coming from my old man who races/instructs professionally, that's a high praise... Neither of us have seen one since...
I love my Contour to death, but my 'vette is still my #1 baby.
There's money to be made in racing. I should know. I put a lot of it there.

Nice, I had one of those back in '96. Lotsa fun, the engine did let go, I wish I could have afforded to fix it. The body was in very bad shape tho so I dumped it.

I WANT THAT CAR! Nice find. If you read SCC they bought one and did quite a bit of work to it. Man if I had that loot in the bank I'd buy that car in a heart beat.

Yeah, they actually drove from LA to LV (or something like that) to pick it up. They got it for $3K, too! They tested it against a new Legacy GT, too I think. It was like a new car vs. old car shootout. They were very impressed with the GTX. I never saw it after that issue, though. I'm sure they pimped it!
