Sure looks like a police package Crown Victoria wheel cover mounted in the hood. And the 12 handles? Ya think the hood is THAT heavy? I guess the added weight is offset by the aluminum foil headlamps! :rolleyes:

Definately Mexican owned. Look at the Spanish on the drivers rear quarter. A lot of stuff like this on the SW side of Grand Rapids. Haven't seen it to that extent though. I need to start taking my camera every where.
