I like the kit on the Neon, but everything else about it is Rice......as for the Honda..........I will keep my comments to myself!

I really don't think any of it is rice...except for the neon green "highlights" on the Neon.  Neon on the Neon HEHEHEHE. :p Seriously without the neon I think they are tastefully done. Not too wild.

The wing on that honda actually looks like it would cause the front end to lift up if he got going too fast.
And I agree, take the wing and the green off of the Neon and that is a nice looking car.

Those cars both aren't bad, but they have their oddities. The Civic looks very good except of course for that wing. Same goes for the Neon.
EDIT: Gawd, that green is ugly.

Let's not forget to remove all the stickers on the neon as well.
