Well I tested the light today to see where it comes in relationship to my fuel guage ... For me it was a little above the E mark (almost a needles width from touching it).. Took almost 11.8 gallons to fill up so that should have left 3 gallons in the tank .. So know I know for a fact when I need to fill up by the guage before the light comes on when I'm on a long trip.
