You seem to be doing an awfull lot of work to get that fuel door in there, mine(same exact one as yours)just popped right in with a little clamp,no drilling, took 20 minutes tops.
Please DONT paint that car Green metallic flake!Didnt they stop making that color in 1975?I thought that stuff was for boats anyway,or those funky iron on T-shirts from the 80s. laugh
If you want my honest opinion ask,but you wont like it. eek
What the hell do thewy put in the water where you live? wink

hey now thats my neice in the pic, she just turned 15yo, lol.
the neon tube will not be seen at all, i have a piece of plexiglass that will fill that big hole and illuminate "Mystique" when its all done.
as far as flake being outdated... they used flake a lot in the past, but this is micro flake and its being used quite often nowadays.
the wing looks huge in the pic, but trust me its much better in person. i didnt even want to show u guys it because the pic makes it like gigantic, but after everything is done and i take a pic from a front angle, you'll see why i chose that wing.

oh yea, the fuel door.... it was a very close fit to being a "drop-in", but there would've been rattles because the tabs didnt all line up perfect, so we made a few new ones and that thing is SOLID. dont forget im pushing over 2,200 watts and that'll shake anything loose, so i need everything to be real tight.

Hey man nice job I was wondering what kind of air rods you are use'n. I just installed the new "macair"rods this weekend. The car lays pretty damn low without a kit and 19's. If anyone wants to put air on their contique i would call Brislands and get these. They are the only airrod made just for cars with maccpherson struts. Before yall ask as soon as i can get my camera back from my brother I will post pics.
