rice things people put on there car liek stickers wings ground effects and then think they have one for the fastest cars around. Fart pipes are also part of rice and so is YELLOW stuff. watch it thou some car that you may think are rice mobils might have some backing. i have friends with honda civics running low 13s. now a sleeper is a guy that does not show his speed. no stickers or spoilers maye a nice set of wheels but that is it. likea honda CRX tha that looks liek **** that puts down a 12ces 1/4mile. they dude has droped ina B18(ithink that is what it is). that is what we are most of not a lot of us are in the 13or14sec range but it will happen. where is Hightower.
