I will have been alive for a quarter century next Tuesday.

I'm finally the age I told all the girls I was when I didn't have a girlfriend and was hitting the clubs a lot a few years ago. For some reason DC girls all want you to be 25.

Happened all the time.

BEFORE
Her: "Hi, you're cute, how old are you?"
Me: "22"
Her: "You're too young."
Me: "Too young for what? How old are you?"
Her: "28 and when I'm 35 you'll only be 29..."
Me: "Listen, you won't know me when you are 35, but you can get to know me tonight! "

Yeah, that didn't work all that well.

AFTER
Her: "Hi, you're cute, how old are you?"
Me: "How old do you think I am?"
Her: "25."

That worked. And I swear, no matter how old the girl was, 25 was always the "right" age.
