Moving on...L8 Apex (late apex) is the name I made up to sell my various Contour mods and such under and it refers back to a cornering technique used in road racing. Late apex turning is a technique the entails driving past the normal turn-in point then making a harder or sharper turn than normal and at a slower speed. This makes hitting the late apex very easy and requires that you "track-out" only 1/2 the width of the track.
PS I know from other posts of yours that you are more into drag racing, so I appreciate you possible lack of knowledge of the ASTC and BTCC, and therefore can understand why you are quick to dismiss the wing on my car.
It's all good..... Sorry dude, my statment was kinda rude. Just kinda have a sore spot for those things cause I prefer the stock trunk...BTCC & ASTC is cool...but with all the rice out there I jumped to conclusions. My bad...statement retracted. That wasn't cool on my part. Rock on! Oh, and not to take over your pic post, but just one more question...I thought that the best way to take a turn was start on the outside, then trail brake/decelrate to get the weight up front, apex early, and then drive out hard on the gas...so as to keep average speed as high as possible. Wouldn't late apexing slow you down? The only guys I have really noticed doing this are rally guys who late apex to initiate drift??? Like I said, I'm clueless.

It's aint the fastest way through but it's the safest, and it sounds cool too.

Personally I'll never understand 18's anyway...
Can't be looks can it? (They look too big for our cars IMO)
It's definitely not for handling or performance...

Have you guys ever recorded the temps underneath the hood? I think this is one of the best performance mods to date for our cars.

Whats all that mess on your hood? Can you take them off?I think it would look much better without all that clutter on the hood. Not a fan of the spoiler either......or the colored window vents.Other than that .
