I got a $5000 loan today of which i have $3500 more to drop into my 98 CSVT. I put $1500 into getting my engine back together. You guys post me some pics on some cool ideas. I only have eibach springs, everything else is stock. thanks again

well i would do the exhaust system. y-pipe and the works. choose and exhaust system that sounds good too. you can ask around. and save the rest of ur $$$ for the turbo kit. oh yeah and rate my profile with a 5... thanks..

If I had 3500 bucks to blow on the car, I'd wait a few months and get the Hightower turbo kit.

Now I don't have an SVT, but I can tell you that if I was in your shoes, first i'd start with the exhaust. Form the manifolds back to the tailpipe. A nice set of headers into a sweet dual system. Of course a CAI and a chip. I bet you may even have some money left over for????

larger throttle body and MAF, headers with true duel exhaust or 3L (used or new...huge $$ differance, used would let you play around with it a bit with the left over money) or save for turbo kit or waste it on the s/c from Vortech

Whose using it as an excuse? I simply stated on numerous occasions rather than simply answering a question a few CEG'ers have the tendancy to lose self control and demand someone searches for what could be answered in one or two words.

I say save some more money and get the turbo kit, that does include the chip and some other good stuff if I remember right.
