Props for most of it. Those too-wide rims (or too-skinny tires?) are some kind of German fashion trend that needs to go. I've seen that on other Deutschers, and it looks, well, pimp. I love the fender flares and most of the rest, but I'm not sure on the color. It certainly sets it off.

Last thing that I see all over and don't care for, is painting the sail panels and the mirror attachment. Makes the car look like a crash test mule.

Wing? I'm not a wing man, myself, but this is one of those cases where it fits the theme, and even looks quasi-functional. Note that it is paired with a front end that, at least in our imagination, could contain a venturi section under the nose, which would provide the appropriate downforce to the front of the vehicle.

Overall, very tight, very clean, and like it or not I don't think anyone can say it's in poor taste.
