Dont hate the family car for leaving you in the dust. have a friend who has a 2000 Civic EX with about $1500 in the engine and my stock svt family car still leaves him, brotha

Think about it this way. You pull up at a stop light in your stock SVT Contour and then this nice shiny Civic with huge chrome rims pulls up next to you. There are cheerleaders across the street doing a fund raiser at the local Windsteads. All they see is this shiny car and wouldnt even be checking out the SVT Contour. Just another way of looking at it.
