Here's a hint, when you hear a severe grinding noise when you hit the brakes, and the car jerks the wheel out of your hand, it may be time for some new brakes... oh ryelou....

we're thinking maybe there's a bad caliper or 2... He promised to keep a better eye on it He took the car to the dealership when he bought it 16,000 miles ago and they said the brakes were fine. Oh well, I'd be putting new rotors on at 75,000 anyway, so only thing lost was a bit of safety...

Spatt, after giving Ryan the new stuff yesterday I thought "why is it wearing the inside?". Then it dawned on me, the pin that hold the caliper to the bracket and allow the caliper to equalize on the rotor must be seized or out of grease. I hope you guys checked that out or it will happen again.
