Excellent looking 'Tour!

How do you like your Austin? I just installed the San Jose in my CSVT. I love it except the REALLY REALLY bright display at night. Any trouble out of yours?

I like mine. The price was right (around $150). It is kinda bright though and I wish it had more colored lig than just red and blue, oh well. Other than that its great. Also, pardon me for my ignorance as I've only been on these forums for a couple of months...what is knuaberize? Is it like debadging? How do you do it? Thanks again for all of your comments!

to "knauberize" it, get some 50lb test fishing line and a bottle of goo-gone, pour the goo-gone along the top of the door dings (into the gap u can see between the guard and the door, the adhesive) let it sit for about 2 minutes, then take the fishing line and with a sawing motion, saw off the ding guards. Then go back with goo gone and your thumbs (this hurts but your thumb is the best way to do it) and rub off the excess, follow up with some body scrub (meguiars works great) and fresh wax, looks much cleaner! smile

debadging is the same process, only much easier, because of the limited space they cover compared to the ding guards
