what are you using to power them?

I hooked into the wire that powers up the HU. So the leds come on when the stereo is on.

so you just hook up a 12 volt (or resistor combo) LED to the power line of the HU? does that mess anything up?

I used the same resistors as I did for the door handle leds. It seems to be working fine for mine. laugh

Please say your not using your accessory wire from your deck. im having a hard time seeing how they turn on with your deck otherwise.

i doubt you are, cause if you were you probably would have damaged the acc. output already.

if you are however, i hope your using a relay

wrong i doubt those leds, will draw that much power

surely thats not the best way to do it...even if it were drawing too much power, the fuse should pop

hold the wire after the leds have been on for a while, if it gets hot, then unplug that baby
