I always like seeing what other people do with their desktops, here's mine. You art types might recognize the design as a re-draw of Mondrian. Sadly enough, I color-matched the green, black and orange with the furniture in my room. Enter Christopher Lowell :p

P.S. EVERY time this topic comes up someone is confused on how to do this. Here is the step by step:

1 | Hit [PrintScrn] button (next to F12)
2 | Open a program such as Photoshop, MS Paint, Paint Shop Pro etc. and hit either [Ctrl+V] or Paste.
3 | Save image as a .jpg
4 | Either create account or go to account on a server (IMHO www.fototime.com is most reliable, webshots does not seem to work anymore)
5 | After picture is uploaded, right click on picture in album and select "Properties"
6 | Highlight entire URL and copy it
7 | Come to this fine thread and type [img] then paste the url followed by [-img], replacing - with /.

Nothing special like yours, I just thought id try it since ive never done this. Thats not the size of my display I just thought id make it a little smaller for us dial up people.

In the background this is all LAN or local area network cabling. This was my last job before I quit the company. I wish you could see the mess to start with over 300 cat 5 cables comin into a closet. What you are seeing is the back of a patch panel. This is where the cable terminates and then is interconnected to server equipment, hubs or routers Pretty proud of it when I got done.
