It was a Black '81 T-bird w/ 302. Vacuum actuated headlights till the pump went south. I just kept em proped open.
It was steady pimpin' in '92.
Everyone called it the Thunderchicken. Hey I bought her for $700. Put a new P/S pump in for $300. Added new tires and exhaust and she only ran for a year before the engine let go. Then I bought a '90 2.3 Mustang hatchback. Put some nice American Racing chromes, a system, tint. She wasn't fast but she was purdy. Drove her for 5 years with no problems. Just regular maintenance and a new radiator. Paid 5,200 for her too and she only had 44k. Drove her until 112k. Got my money outta that car. Not fun in the winter. Had to put weight in the back.
