Yea.. it's really butt.. i can't goto richmond for fear of being towed. Although i don't have too many aesthetic mods to flag my car down and it is a domestic i don't want to take that chance. Basically they will keep your car until you remove every modification. What about the economic well being of richmond? it is the only place open late night for a lot of things and half the cars in richmond are modded. I think they've gone too far with that, taking away peoples right to have hobbies. People who generalize like that are stupid
