Actually, I had it painted to match the blue at a body shop. The black I used Black bumber and trim paint. It matched the 2000 black very well and is durable too.
I really don't have time to do it for you. Plus they are pretty difficult to find in my area. You should be able to put it in your car in a Saturday. Just find one, have a shop paint it and then put it in!
