Not too bad....but not professionals .... You guys with the SVT's need to start using that Ebrake ... and for the stang, starting that in 2nd would have gotten it alot longer...there is always a way to heel and toe the clutch/brake in a mtx but I have never gotten good at it.

What does the RED SVT with the SVT Logo on the side have under the hood? Also, 99SVT, does your car have the stock exhaust? ? I never noticed how sweet it sounded, but how many times have you been able to hear your own exuaust from anywhere other than the inside of the car lol! the mustang race was great. It's a 5pd GT right?? A friend of mine has one, I told him I wanted to race from a roll say like 30 in second gear. But, from a dead stop it didn't look like he got you that bad!!! Give me details! What RPM did you launch at?? How many cars did he get you by? Do you think you would have been able to regain that space if you had more room??

Do you think you would have been able to regain that space if you had more room?? haha! The T-Red SVT had a super chip and deleted resonator. My (the green SVT) exhaust is definitely not stock. I have a custom offroad y-pipe, magnaflow resonator, magnaflow rear y split, and magnaflow oval body mufflers with 3.5" dual wall tips. Its pretty quiet though, since I got the oval bodied mufflers. and about the race...hahaha! Jason (the mustang owner) and I are good friends. I love his car. Our drag strip has been closed since late October, so we both found ourselves very rusty. I launched at like 3500 rpm but got in the gas way too early and broke the tires loose. Jason smoked his tires too....horrible launches. He had me the whole way, charging ahead with his 50+ more hp and 80 + more ft/lbs of torque. I hit the rev limiter on the 1-2 shift, but it wouldn't have mattered. He got me by a good car lenght by the time we shut it down. I think we raced through (the SVT's) third gear....can't remember exactly. When he gets his launches down, it won't even be that close....till I get the Venom VCN-2000 installed and working this spring.
