I would try it turned the other way facing the overhead light. The reflections on the front side will help offset the car's lights without dimishing their effect (and give it better lines) & also help clear some blurriness.
Also I would position it under the lower set of windows (which will help frame it without taking away from it)
Good suggestions, I'll try and keep those in mind for next time. I was kind of in a hurry taking the pictures because my batteries were dying. This shot is taken with a digital camera by the way.
I would have adjusted the exposure, but since the batteries were dying I couldn't use the LCD to adjust it. Maybe next time when it isn't 15 degrees outside

The foglights are stock, what you are seeing is an effect of my camera overexposing them. That is why they look so bright.
