Most of these relays are controlled by a single resistor, replacing it with a potentiometer will fix it. Unfortunately for us ours is controlled by a capacitor. I took it out and had to use two caps. One was 2.2f and the other was 1f (IIRC). I only had one and now it belongs to a lucky person in CO who's loving it.
