He is not a more holy or pious man than any other in the eyes of God. Geez, God himself said that of all men who were born of women, none were as holy as John the Baptist. That was even when the "first pope" Peter was around. He is a symbol of Catholicism. Vin Diesel is a symbol of bad movies. Buddy Lee is a symbol of jeans, and Bill Cosby likes Jello. Fun is fun. Chill. Nobody meant anything by it.
