Here are somepics of a full carbon fiber dash I just completed for Saturn Coperation. The car is on display until next sunday at the Philladelphia International Autoshow. If anyone is planning on going next weekend check out the orange turbo concept in the saturn booth. Let me know what ya think.

I like the dash in the gallery on your web site more. Is that for your Cougar? Is there any way you could make it semi-gloss? I think the glare off that shinny surface would blind you.

I thought the Saturn looked ridiculous at the show.. You couldn't get too close to it though, so I missed the carbon fiber dash altogether, though it does look good in your pictures.

what about the car looked rediculous? That car is sooooooo clean. 19" wheels, custom flares, OEM Body Kit and Wing, amazing paint and a full custom interior with a beutifully done turbo kit. Don't know how anyone could call it rediculous

The dash on the site was for the same car. The full carbon dash was what was originally planened for the car but I had resin problems and ran out of time before the SEMA show so that's why half of it was painted. You could do a satin clear to reduce the glare but that would detract from the effect that carbon fiber has depth wise. This dash is 100X better than the first.

I dunno, but my g/f thought it looked retarded as well, and there were a bunch of people there making fun of it. It was too over-the-top, even worse than that stupid Grand Am convertible. At the end of the day, it's still a Saturn.

With 250 bhp! Build a car yourself sometime and you'll have some respect with what can be done with any car out there. If you start with a clean vehicle and have talented people put hard work into it you'll have a great finished product. I look at things from a different perspective because I know what it's like to build something myself and put my own time and effort into building it. Guess you are not a true car enthusiast. A car built like that saturn should be respected even if you don't personally like the vehicle.

How bout you skip the donor car and build a 500 HP 200MPH car from scratch????

I give a ton of respect to the guys that build cars for a living as well as the enthusiasts that put their heart into a project. Everyday I learn something new working on cars in my garage. 2 years ago I had no mechanical skill and now I'm willing to try about anything and if I need help I am not afraid to ask

Thanks for the compliments on the dash Horse I spend alot of time working on custom carbon fiber pieces as well as custom fiberglass fabrication. Give me 2 years and I'll be making my own body panels

no prob- btu CF is not such a good body material- Aluminum is better for everyday cars- about the same weight and can be repaired easier than the CF- just a hint from me- weve tried both and for now aluminum is the way to go-
