I have finished searching the subject and would now like to see some pictures. Please post any shift knob replacement pics. I want to get an idea on how some of my fellow CEG'ers have installed theirs (with our without the reverse lock-out). My "Sphere Aluminum" MOMO is installed and retains the lock-out, but I feel it sits a sliver higher than stock.
