bret:
...adding a 22mm front sway bar would ruin the cars handling, hence, there isn't one. Also, what is the reasoning behind the 6spd tranny? As far as ti. rods... how high are you planning on spinning this engine?
Let's see then... what you're saying is that:
1) 22m is too much for the front (I was under the impression that stock SVT was 22mm :o)
2) Unmodified CD4E transmission and pistons/rods can handle 11.0comp+8psi
3) Titanium pistons/rods are required only for higher-revving engines than the Duratec (8K)
DemonSVT:
Skip the TB!
6spd automatic OD. Get real! ($20k+ easily)
That large exhaust will kill performance while waiting years for the other mods to ever happen...
What
you're saying is:
1) 60mm is enough for a 3L/turbo and any more will decrease performance
2) I'll have some reason to worry about performance (2.5 dual exhaust) in-between projects
I don't autocross or anything; all of this is for my personal enjoyment in more ways than one, so I really don't mind if the new exhaust is going to hurt my performance if it's going to help after the 3L/turbo are in.
Did I mention that I'm doing almost all of this within a 6 month time-frame once I begin? I've been saving for these things since I bought the car.
I suggest using the SEARCH. You will find a lot of your items are worthless or non-existent. You will find tons of usefull information on the other stuff!
You are still just making up lists that are full of bogus junk just strewn together...
So... what's 'bogus/worthless/non-existant?' That
was the question, after all... and, actually, this list is the result of all my months of using search. How do you think I've only posted 150~ times in the past 11 months? Most of my questions have already been answered. Whether or not my list is reasonable (cost not withstanding) is one question that hasn't been, since it is uniquely mine and I hadn't posted it. So there.

I'm just trying to get everything straight before I dive in head-first... I don't like unexpected set-backs (who does?).
.RMk..
"How come nobody's mentioned that I'll need a custom chip?"
