You are correct that the slots in gas-slotted brake rotors should be facing towards the front of the car; e.g. the inner slot should contact the pad first while the outer slot contacts it last. It's the same principle associated with directional tread tires. The tire tread pattern, similar to brake rotor slots, should follow the direction the wheel is rotating.
By the way, from whom did you purchase your Borla exhaust?
1999 SVT Contour, #2140 of 2760, Tropic Green - Medium Prairie Tan Koni Sport struts; TSW Blade wheels; Nakamichi, a/d/s/, Boston Acoustics, Infinity I.C.E.
1989 Saleen Mustang, #89-0408, too many mods to list here

I bought it used from someone locally. He only had it installed for a month or two and I got a good deal on it. Actually since I'm still in college seem most of the stuff on my car are parts I bought from former Contour Owners! Thanks

And thats with a claybar otherwise it would be more like $50. I've actually tried that Eagle stuff before and I didn't like it at all. Meguiars is the only stuff I have used thus far thats anywhere near Zaino. But...Its no cheaper than Zano, and IMO Zaino is sooooo much better and easier to apply. Especially after you get the base coats done. Thanks again for all the replies!
