I need to change my trans filter my car now has 80,000km on it i was wondering what trans fluid to use.Thanks  [img]null[/img]
1998 SE atx
Svt exhaust
No rez
Svt rims
Cta intake
B.A.T handling kit
Door dings all gone
Sony 850x head unit,10 disc cd changer,2 12 JL
Marathon amp 600w
Painted brakes red

Mobil 1 or Redline.
The filter is not serviceable.

Hey Perry, what do you mean the filter is not seviceable? You can't change the filter when changing the trans fluid?

I'd go with Mobil 1. I have Mobil 1 ATF in the gearbox of CSVT, it took 2 quarts and cost me a total of about $20.00 total parts and labor. Also just an FYI, the trans is supposed to be "seviced" every 30,000 miles. Preventive maintence is alot cheaper than a new transmission

I run Mobil 1. Its a little cheaper than AMSOIL and Redline.
