well, i applaud your genial responses (i.e., you didn't get your shorts in a bunch - some thinner-skinned folks tend to cry "flame war" at the first sign of a less-than-complimentary comment)...but i feel compelled to address a few issues...
and yeah, i guess i have a 'mouthful' of comments. brevity is not my strength - what can i say? :p

i'm fully aware of what a t/c is. i was simply establishing the correct spelling and that you *had* one vs. *wanted* one. any further info? i'm sure there are plenty around her that would be interested...
Type X and the rest of my profile ?
haha Type X is the name of my car
( hence us people from randolph NAME our cars )
naming your car??? ya freak!

well, whatever floats your boat; i was just asking the question.
Well blake...my profile wasn't really meant to be understood by all and you certainly have a mouth full of comments =).One reason you're probably not fimilar with my way of speaking is because you're not from my State. Our lingo is a little weird here hehe.
not really meant to be understood, huh? again, whatever floats your boat....i personally prefer to make sense, but.... :p
Hm... and by the questions you ask ? You probably don't street race either...or i could be wrong. But if you do you should be able to understand me.
don't see how my questions have anything to do w/ street racing. i was questioning your wording and the fact that you have a nearly 30-line sig that lists mostly 'future' stuff. and if you must know, no, i don't 'street race'. i won't turn down a stoplight drag race if challenged (traffic permitting), but neither do i go looking to start crap, either. i personally like to keep my driver's license intact, along w/ my health, my car, and other people around me. here's where most people say "take it to the track". i usually don't say it 'cause i've been known to drive a little less-than-responsibly myself and don't care to be branded a hypocrite, but the point is valid. but, regardless, i don't see how that has any bearing on clarity of meaning in your sig.
My Question ?
Well the guy with the nice green lights under his car posted a picture.. and the only way i could get his attention was to ask in this section of the forum... lol weird but it work'd !
er...okay. whatever blows your skirt up, i guess. i was just echoing the comment made earlier. also, for future reference, you can PM the person individually, respond to the original post w/ that pic in it, or just start a pertinent topic in one of the modification forums. just 'cause it's a pic doesn't mean it *has* to be posted here....but no matta.
Yes my sig may be LONG, but you're the only one that seems to care about the length and It's purpose is to give people an idea of what my whip looks like.
look at the first response to this thread. i'm *not* the only one. you can give a profile of your car without taking up so much space - not everything has to have its own line. also, "whip"? more "lingo" there, i guess?
TDR Tires...
The car shop around my place sells them and they're very good+cheap look around for them you'll be surprised !
i'll stick w/ name brands, but whatever makes you happy. tire rack doesn't sell 'em, discount tire direct doesn't sell 'em, my local brick-and-mortar stores don't sell 'em. i was quite happy w/ my BFG KDW's, though.
Air Ride vs Lowering Springs...
well by the cost.. i think i was going to get springs first...since they're only a couple of hundred compared to thousands...Not to be rude but commonsense would tell you i was going to upgrade
that wasn't the logical inference from your sig, but whatever. btw, the only springs that offer a 3" drop are ground control coil-overs (@ $350-400). h&r, eibach, et al only offer about a 1.5-2" drop (@ $200). so what did your friend do to your suspension? cut the coils? spring clamps?
anyhoo....i hate drifting so far off-topic, but i just couldn't let your responses to my comments go unaddressed.
not flaming here....just suggesting (requesting?) that you reword and SHORTEN your sig. it's a waste of space as-is.
just MHO, but you're wrong in saying i'm the *only* one who feels that way.
take it fwiw....
blake
