Well, now we're down to splitting the proverbial pubic hairs over what is or is not defined as a "J-car."
Though the chassis may have still retained some form of "J" designation in their serial numbers, none of them, to my knowledge, was ever officially referred to as a "J-car" because all subsequent versions after Mile's crash became Mark IV's.
As I originally stated, no "J-car" was ever raced. This designation was merely to signify the car conformed to a subsection of the FIA rule book.
