Pardon my presumptuousness, but I believe it will be a wee bit difficult, if not downright impossible, to acquire an original Ford GT J-car as there were never any built after the Riverside testing crash of the prototype driven by Ken Miles that claimed his life.
Due to the inherent aerodynamic instability of the design which may have contributed to Mile's fatal crash, the J-car program was immediately canceled & none ever raced competitively. The Mark IV was a development of the J-car but as far as I know the latter never turned a wheel in anger.

I'll gladly stand corrected if I am wrong about this statement.

I belive Horse's statement that they may have a J car, because this is Car # MKIV J-6. I saw it with my own eyes at SAAC convention. The particular one that Ken Miles was killed in ( I belive Aug of 66) was a very early MKIV J-car. Some of the later MkIVs were still under the "j-car" designation into mid to late 1967 I belive. ( I could be wrong, but I pretty sure)

Has correct trigo halibrands- but those were used only on a few cars

Trigos were never original wheels on Cobras or GT-40s. This is a newer company that produces replicas of Halibrand Magnesium wheels and is owned by one of the largest Cobra collectors in the world, Lynn Parks.

Well Im probably the biggest GT-40 Fan anywhere. I prefer the MKI, II, and 3s. I think the later are not as pretty. I also prefer the 289 as opposed to the 427. I have rode in original MKII Ford team car at Willow Springs. Oh my god!!!. If I ever had the money I would buy one of Lee Holmans sons repro GTs.
