Gas is the way to go. I had HPI RS-4 a while back and that thing would haul a$$. Mine was stock, but I saw when I went to auction mine off a while back that there are MANY hopped up ones on ebay for decent prices. Mostly selling well below the value of the aftermarket parts that are on them.
