Decided to try out Simon's new R/C Mondeo bought off eBay. I must say, even though it's battery powered, it was still a blast. We started with a new, unscratched body, and well, we pretty much tore it up on a little ramp and jump we made. Feel free to laugh at the stupidity ahead. But hey, it was fun. Woulda been better if we were drunk. EDIT: For those wondering, we got those shots by standing outside. Yes, we had the car jumping OUT of the warehouse, which is about 4 feet off the ground. One of us stood outside and had to catch the car, because I don't think a 6 foot drop would go over real well. As a safety measure, we laid a old mattress down on the ground. Me and a friend of mine took turns taking pics. The one car that drove by thought we were nuts. (for a damn good reason might I add)        [img]

That is so cool!! I need to get my R/C car working again. To think, I almost bid on that car. I would not be doing that if I had won.

Gas is the way to go. I had HPI RS-4 a while back and that thing would haul a$$. Mine was stock, but I saw when I went to auction mine off a while back that there are MANY hopped up ones on ebay for decent prices. Mostly selling well below the value of the aftermarket parts that are on them.

JohnAlready got the new Mondeo Body. just need to paint it. I will be keeping the old one just for occasions like this. I sure they will happen again :rolleyes: As for the 40 mph bullit, I'm not catching that one  Should be a blast though. We made a few movies as well, but I guess John hasn't dowloaded them yet. BTW, the car is FWD, it took a little getting used to since you can't powerslide it, but it does awesome backwards doughnuts as seen in one of the vids.
