Are we forgetting that you would have to have the drive shafts re drilled as well. The studs are actually mounted to them not the rotors.

-Andy Thats what I was wondering this isn't goning to be just a brake swap first your gonna have to change your cv joints and axles if a contour has rear axles haven't looked. After you spend all the money for the conversion you won't be able to afford rims.

No,the drive shaft goes through the hub flange that carries the lug studs,its a m/c flange you need & a new hub flange on the rear$$

I just got 18" Konig Verdicts and they only came in the 4x100 in the 18" so I have to get mine custom drilled. The ADR Reaction is the same wheel basically and it comes in the 4x108 pattern. If I would'nt have gotten such a good price on the Konig's, I would have just gotten the ADR's to save the hassle and voiding the warranty.

Is that a possibility? I was also thinking of getting my hubs and rotors re-drilled, but a buddy just told me to save my money and get HRE wheels instead....LOL.

I think redrill on the hubs is the wrong term,remade or changed is better,unless you plan on having the existing holes 'welded up' and redrilled!  (no,dont go there!).Using another hub/bearing/knuckle/driveshaft combination would prove a major pain!.I'd only have the wheels 'redrilled' if the supplier can change the position of the holes BEFORE the first ones are drilled,not all wheels are cast to have 'meat' in all the right places,redrilling existing 'holes' will give you 'egg shaped' holes.
