That's no the capitol in DC I believe thats the capitol in Texas. I Know there is one that look similar but there is no way i hell to get away with that in the daylight.

Andy, that is definitly DC. That is right next to the mall, with some event in the background. That guy probly did that and hauled ass out of there. As a matter of fact a lot of that video is shot in/around DC...
