I've read where several people wondered what these wheels look like on a Contour. Well, here's mine: (I apologize for the crummy quality, I've got a cheap camara!)

Hey Andrew, of course I remember you. How's everything going? I visit the forum everyday, but as you can tell, I don't post replys or new topics that often. I definitely want to lower my car, since it does sit a bit high(2000 models seem to sit higher than earlier years for some reason).

It's hard to believe it has been a year since the Charlottesville meet. I definitely like to meet with everyone again.

Din't Ford use those exact wheels on the sportier versions of the Mystique? Anyone wondering what the 'Focus' wheels would look like, would just have to find a Mystique... Not to hard now is it... LOL laugh laugh

Those rims look great on your car Martin, I gave you a 5 for using them cool They do indeed look like the 15" Mystique rims, nice call wink

IMHO the finish looks a little cheaper than the Mystique rims. Would be nice to have 16s though.

I have seen very few Mystiques in my area with the 15" versions of these wheels. I was in the market for some E0 SVT rims, but decided on these when I first saw them on a 2001 Focus ZX3. They reminded me of VW Jetta rims. I haven't looked at the Mystique wheels close up, but my Focus rims are painted aluminum with a clear coat. The polished versions are much more expensive. Besides, the fat spokes help to hide my rear drums. E1 SVT and other thin spoke rims would just accentuate that I was a cheap b----rd for not getting rear disks and ABS. I guess I could just buy some of those fake rotors at Auto-Zone! laugh

Hey Martin, where did you pic up those wheels? Are they take offs, or did you get them from the dealer?
thanks!
