already installed mine .... it stays on fine for me with the bottom three screws holding it... my dad and i didn't bother with the two larger ons in the middle ... weird thing though my o/d light would kick on the first 4 -5 times i started the car with the new shifter now it doesn't come on until i actually press the button , strange huh?
