How did you attach the knob to the metal rod?! The screw doesn't line up (side for OEM, front for the new knob)! Ugh, I hope I don't have to drill into the damn metal shift rod. Also, did anyone else shorten the metal rod down for a 'short-throw' of the sorts?
A minor annoyance -- you have to double-push the OD button to get it to work.
LOL my shift knob came in a huge fricking box for like a small TV!
