Well thought i would post some pics of my car. These are the last ones I am takig before the car goes back to silver. I took off hte wing and also pick up some 3.5" magnaflo exhaust tips which are just like my old tips only 1" smaller. Let me know what you guys think. Also, There are 2 links to some videos too. They suck in quality because they were taken on my Mavica and not on a regular camcorder. I'll try and get some better vids soon.

EDIT : I painted the chrome strip in the back too and have my SVT badge painted flat black but when I was placing hte badge back on the car it fell and got a few scrapes so I have to paint it again :rolleyes:

The two things I didn't like about the car, you changed.

Tips don't look like cannons, and it's cleaner without the wing.

Are you going back to regular silver frost, or a 'different' silver?

Front end looks sweet with the chrome ring and headlights painted.

So, why all silver? Have you thought about solid orange? Me thinks it might look cool.

Thought about it but just too much damned money. I would have to do the engine bay and the doors jambs too. That would suck.

I am going to have to agree with JVT on this one, look smuch smoother on w/out the wing. Tips look stock, just bigger which is a good thing.

I like this look much better than the first try, definately unique and one-of-a-kind.

That is also the first I have seen of the chome and reflector painted, I kinda like it. Looks almost like its steel.

If you are going back to the silver, have the person painting/ mixing the paint add some iridescants to the mix, or put an iridescant clear coat over the top. With that it would still look stock, but when the fluorescants hit it at night, hold on tight .

Keep us updated on the progrees and what you decide to do. I would also like to know the reasons you are going back to plain silver?

Didn't you end up trying Zaino? If so, what did you think?

Now that everyone has said they don't like the wing, what are you doing with it? Would you sell it to me?

As far as going back to silver...I am just sick of it. I dont want anything flashy so I figure having a car that is just stock silver hiding a s/c under the hood would be cool too.
