UPDATE!!!2nd court date was Feb. 4. Judgement: - 70 in a 55 - $50 fine + court costs - racing was DROPPED - gotta take a driver's ed course by April and fax them proof I dunno about Chris, but here in NC, you take a driver's ed course once in 3 years, and they will deduct 3 points off your license.  Neither of us went to court, lawyer ($600) did it all. $10 says there is no video tape, hence why we got off easy. Who said not to fight it? Suckas. JB

JB[/b] Yeah, we will be getting the official paperwork in the next few days. But, this is the straight deal; we were/are very lucky and learned a lesson.

TBLOL, I'll be calling the lawyer tomorrow to find out for sure whether there was a tape, and if there WAS, 1. We had a AWESOME lawyer, instead of a VERY good lawyer 2. I'll get my hands on it for sure. It would have to make the SZ '02 video before it makes it to World's Craziest Drivers on FOX. JB
