I would really get that Lawyer ASAP. I would have him looking at the Video and all of you involved try to get on confence(sp) call with the person you deciede to hire. Especially as a group. That way he is making some $$ and has even more incentive to take care of all of you. Then praise him on CEG  Let him know what your thinking so he can figure out what he can and can't do. There sounds like there are some missing information from the cop and some questions on what he did see I wish you luck guys, and let me know what goes...

I lost my drivers license once ... I can tell you it fu**ing sucks. It sucks in general, but even more so for us car enthusiasts... Even if it costs you more to fight it you gotta try. I didn't and I sure wish I had when I was riding the bus for 1.5 hours into work... and again on the way back... and had to ask my parents for a lift on their way into town... Then going for the a**-biting driver's education test once again ... And talk about paying over 500$ per license renewal ever since....
It did tame me down quite a bit though, I try real hard to refrain from driving stupidly. Doesn't always work but I'm getting better.
