I would really get that Lawyer ASAP. I would have him looking at the Video and all of you involved try to get on confence(sp) call with the person you deciede to hire. Especially as a group. That way he is making some $$ and has even more incentive to take care of all of you. Then praise him on CEG  Let him know what your thinking so he can figure out what he can and can't do. There sounds like there are some missing information from the cop and some questions on what he did see I wish you luck guys, and let me know what goes...
