I think no matter what we do, we need to get a lawyer involved to determine our best course of action. If he/she thinks its worth it, and can represent us, together or separetly, then we will do it. If not, well, we will suffer the consequences. I just hope no one loses their licenses, because I know I *need* to drive to work.
