Wow! Ruptured on vacation and drove home... holy cow! Glad to hear you went in and got it taken care of in time. Are there any other tell tale signs of a ruptured apendix other than the pain? I'll have to go check it out on line... I just know something like this would happen to me too. Good luck on the road to recovery.
