Sweet pics! If they look this good now, I could only imagine if the leaves were turning! Would you e-mail me the full size of the bridge shot please? I want to add it to my collection!

Glad to hear you are ok after that whole ordeal, and don't worry, we should have plenty of clutches in the spring smile.

Take it easy, watch plenty of TV and I expect to see your post count jump while you're out of commission smile.

It was a hell of a trip, very exhausting. But, I uploaed my shots to here for you. I made them small because I only have dailup at home. Besides, they are just teasers for when you make it up there for yourself.

I had mine rupture when I was 10. My side hurt like a SOB and I began puking. I was rushed to the hospital and I remember something about being close to death. Supposedly the toxins released into the body after the rupture are not good. I remember being in the hospital for like a week. I'm sure recovery is a lot faster now a days. Sweet pics and I can't believe you drove like that.

Thanks, guys. When we were n that 1-lane road and came around the corner to see this bridge, I thought it would make a sweet-ass picture. It's a little far away and the tree branch was in the way a little. My wife took the picture as I blocked the bridge for a little bit. So, I didn't get to see the setup and the little display doesn't show the details for a perfect shot. Anyway, I was already starting to fell the pain.

Brad, it actually was life threatening for me. The short story is that my appendix ruptured. By far the worst pain in my life. After it ruptured, the pain was only when standing or moving (like walking or hitting bumps). Then I survived the trip home (575 miles) for which I even drove 250mi. The next day I went to see the doctor and he sent me straight to ER. The doctor called my cat scan extrodinary. Surgen took it out and cleaned it all up in there. God was with me. Anyway, no driving for me until at least next Wednesday, probably off work until the 15th. If only I had this time off when healthy. I have all kinds of things to do. Guess a clutch for the RX-7 is going to have to wait until spring.

I had my appendix removed in Jan, about to rupture and let me tell you, it took me almost 2-2.5 weeks to drive again. the day after the operation, the hospital discharged me and to get from the curb to the car would incur such pain that the tears were coming down my face, while I laughed. It was nuts. Good luck and have a speedy recovery.

Edit: Great pictures! That bridge pix is my new wallpaper. smile

Great looking pictures!

It truly is a beautiful place. We're lucky to live so close to it. Actually, my parents came in for a visit this weekend, so we were there today. Always happy to be there.

Hope all is well health-wise for you now!
