Am I the only one here who hates the seam where the rear qtr panels meet the rear panel, just below the tailight? That drives me nuts. Can't belive you didnt have it filled and smoothed over. Oh well. Outside of that part, I like your paint job a lot. Different, but in a good way.

filling the front and rear gaps would definitely look smooth

...and yes, I did SEARCH first before asking.

Not sure who's answered these already, but here's the answers to a couple of your questions about the door handles:

1) To hsvae them, normally the handle is taken out and the relay for the remote pop is installed. a small piece of sheet metal matching the hole is welded in, ground down, smoothed out, bondoed, and primed to be 100% smooth with the existing door panel.

2) There is a relatively generic door opening kit you can purchase (generic meaning it will work with almost any make/model). The relay and actual latch release are installed before the sheet metal is welded over the hole, and you can just use a remote similar to an alarm to pop the door open.

By the way, most people choose to install a manual open button for the door underneath the car or deep in the wheel well, somewhere you can get to if the remote is broken, but it ain't gonna be clean.

My 98 contour has everything shaved, as well as those seams below the taillights as you stated, check out the signature.
Peace

i like it but to clean up the front end some more get some vinyl that matches the blue and replace it with the silver on the headlights and paint the grill with that blue also. just my opinion.

I was thinking the same thing -- the eyelids should match the blue. They're kinda of worthless in silver (don't really change the look of the headlamps when the surrounding paint is a different color now).
